Francis Byrne, B.Sc. M.M.S. - Director
Francis’s background is in finance & IT. He also has a wealth of international experience in financial management, property investment and IT project management. Francis has also worked as a technical consultant with Global Financial Organisations. Francis holds a B.Sc. and M.M.S. from UCD. He is also an associate member of Society of Chartered Surveyors of Ireland (ASCSI) and is currently undertaking further studies in Dublin Business School. Francis heads up the Facilities Management, Operational & New Business Development divisions of Byrne and Moore.
Stephen Moore, B.Sc. (Surv.) M.B.S. M.Sc. - Director
Stephen originally qualified as a Quantity Surveyor and worked in the construction industry for several years. He then worked as a project manager in the Banking Sector. Stephen holds a Masters Degree in Business from the Graduate School of Business UCD and an M.Sc. in Real Estate from the Dublin Institute of Technology. Stephen heads up the Byrne and Moore property sales division. He is an associate member of Society of Chartered Surveyors of Ireland (ASCSI) and a member of the Chartered Surveyors Residential Agency Committee.
Helen McDowell - Chief Financial Officer
Helen has 25 years’ experience in the International Banking Sector working in both Germany and Ireland. She fulfills both finance and internal audit roles and she is currently Chief Financial Officer to Byrne and Moore.
Eugene Kavanagh - Director of Operations
Eugene has a background in construction. He has worked as a senior project manager on many large construction projects & has vast experience in procurement management. In 1994 Eugene received a Diploma in Property Valuations from DIT Bolton Street. Eugene achieved an Advanced Diploma in Project Management from Dublin Business School in 2010. In 2012 he received an Advanced Cert in ICT Project Management. Eugene is currently completing a course in International Project Management.
Anne Kirwan - Office and Accounts Manager
Anne has been a part of the B&M team for several years and has a strong background in accountancy and business administration. Anne has worked in the construction, manufacturing and service industry sectors. She manages all our client company accounts, cost control and company administration along with managing our office team.
Pawel Kowalczyk
Pawel has been working for Byrne & Moore for the last 5 years. He started out as a caretaker, looking after the gardens and common areas in many of our apartment complexes. Pawel then progressed to the position of grounds manager. He manages a team of caretakers who look after the gardens, landscaping and repair work. He ensures that the grounds of the apartment complexes are maintained to the highest standard, providing a courteous and professional service to all our client properties.
